La Iglesia Cristiana "SHALOM" tiene la función específica en la iglesia de Cristo de capacitar a hombres y mujeres con esta gracia ministerial, para ser hallados aptos en el momento oportuno en que el Espíritu Santo desee habilitarlos a la obra del ministerio como lo menciona Efesios 4:12 "A fin de capacitar a los santos para la obra del ministerio, para la edificación del Cuerpo de Cristo;"
La Iglesia Cristiana "SHALOM" ha tomado esta responsabilidad que nos ha asignado el Espíritu Santo y que con sumo agrado hemos aceptado, el de llevar a la madurez del creyente como lo indica la escritura en Hebreos 1:6. "Por tanto, dejando las enseñanzas elementales acerca de Cristo, avancemos hacia la madurez,". Lo cual nos conlleva ha entender que no debemos creer que la madurez solo se puede alcanzar con el oficio de los años de experiencia como ministro, sino también aplicando la experiencia de nuestros padre los profetas como la de nuestro contemporáneos, impartiéndole al estudiante el buen juicio, prudencia, sensatez, razón, discernimiento y conocimientos de los tiempos.
El fin de este ministerio pastoral es la capacitación que no se limitan a saber reconocer la unción o saber ministrar esta gracia conforme a los parámetros de la palabra de Dios, sino también a equipar a los santos a través de la enseñanza como nos revela 2 Timoteo 3:17. "A fin de que el hombre de Dios sea perfecto, equipado para toda buena obra." Con el fin de formar no solo con enseñanzas, sino también con suplicas como nos instruye el apóstol Pablo en Galatas 4:19. "Hijos míos, por quienes de nuevo sufro dolores de parto hasta que Cristo sea formado en vosotros," no solamente que Cristo sea formado en ellos, sino que es nuestra prioridad que sea formado el carácter de un ministro, con corazón del siervo del Nuevo Testamento como Jesus hizo  durante la ultima cena sirviendo  a los otros (Evangelio de San Juan capitulo 13). Deseamos que no solo se minister a los hombres y a las naciones, pero tambien a toda la Iglesia de Cristo. Y esperamos que esta consolacion venga bajo el poder y la uncion del Espiritu Santo. AMEN.

 

Mision y Vision

Vision

La Visión de la Iglesia Cristiana "SHALOM" no esta identifica o fundamentada en una visión personal o ministerial particular, nosotros creemos que como parte de la Iglesia de Cristo debemos seguir la Visión de Dios, que nos dice Juan 17 en especial en los versículos 22-23: “La gloria que me diste les he dado, para que sean uno, así como nosotros somos uno: 23 yo en ellos, y tú en mí, para que sean perfeccionados en unidad, para que el mundo sepa que tú me enviaste, y que los amaste tal como me has amado a mí.”
Podemos notar que Jesús nos comparte la gloria que Dios le dio a él y él a la iglesia para que seamos uno como él y el padre son uno, este fue el propósito principal que Jesús vino al mundo para salvarlo y que el mundo sepa que era el enviado de Dios, En esta premisa fundamentamos nuestra visión, en la Visión de Dios por tal razón hemos sido parte activa en las iniciativa y creaciones de alianzas pastorales y ministeriales, y cuando llegamos a una ciudad buscamos primordialmente localizar a las alianzas pastorales de la respetivas ciudades que visitamos para predicar la Palabra de Dios.

La Mision

La Misión de La Iglesia Cristiana Shalom y de los pastores SERGIO &ISABEL GONZALEZ es conforme a la misión que nuestro Señor Jesucristo nos envió hacer a la Iglesia de Cristo en la gran comisión “Y les dijo: Id por todo el mundo y predicad el evangelio a toda criatura.” Marcos 16:15, donde nos refleja el trabajo a seguir como iglesia, por lo que hemos entendido que a pesar de ser un ministerio pastoral, eso no nos quita la responsabilidad de la misión de salvar las almas, y no dejar equivocadamente esta función a los evangelista o a los departamentos de evangelismo, como si fuera un motivo para desligarnos de esa responsabilidad que debemos asumir como mandato de nuestro señor Jesucristo Y él siendo el Apóstol de Apóstoles, Profeta de Profetas, Maestro de Maestros, Evangelista de Evangelistas, Pastor de Pastores, el Mesías enviado , EL MISMO nos dice en Mateo 18:11 “Porque el Hijo del Hombre ha venido a salvar lo que se había perdido.” Por elllo entonces nosotros creemos en esa palabra y la tratamos de obedecer lo mejor posible y caminar sobre ella como lo estamos haciendo en nuestras “Noches de Oracion y suplica”, “veladas de oracion”, y servicios regulares donde decenas de personas confiesan a Jesucristo como su Señor y Salvador y reciben el milagro del nuevo nacimiento y el don de la vida eterna. Aleluya, y la Honra y Gloria sea solo Dios. Amén

CHRISTIAN CHURCH SHALOM have the specific function in the church of Christ to capacitate men and women with this kind of ministerial grace, to be found ready in the exactly moment when the Holy Spirit wish to habilitate at the ministry, like said Ephesians 4:12  “to prepare God's people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up”.

CHRISTIAN CHURCH SHALOM took this responsibility gave for the Holy Spirit and We are very happy to accept: go to the believers maturity, like said Hebrews 6:1 “therefore, leaving the discussion of the elementary principles of Christ, let us go on to perfection (or maturity)”… This conduct us to understand that we don’t should believe maturity is just possible with years of experience like minister, but taking care about the experience of our fathers: the prophets, and our contemporaries, imparting to our  students: good judgment, prudence,  intelligence, reason, discernment,  and acknowledge of the times.

The finality of this ministry is the capacitating, but no just to know recognize  the unction o to know ministry the grace in the way said by the God’s Word, but too, to equip the saints for the teaching like is revealed on 2 timothy 3:17 “that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work”. With the proposal  to form no just with teachings but with  ask like said Paulo on Galatians 4:19 “my little children, for whom I labor in birth again until Christ is formed in you”. But no just Christ formed in they, but like a priority to be formed the character of  a minister and with heart of minister from the new testament, like Jesus Did on the last supper: serving to another. (John 13) We wish that no just minister to men and nations but too to all the Church of Christ; and we wait that this consolation came under the power and unction of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

MISSION AND VISION

VISION

CHRISTIAN CHURCH SHALOM’S  VISION, it’s not identificated with a personnel vision or particular ministerial vision. We believe that like a part of the Church of Christ, we should follow the vision of God, like said John 17 especially on the verses 22-23 “And the glory which You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just as We are one:  I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me”.

We can take note that Jesus give us part of the Glory, received by his Father; and He do the same with the Church, with the objective to be one like him and the Father are one. This is the principal proposal to come at this world to save it, and to let know that he was sent by God. On this premise we founded our vision, on the vision of God. This is the real reason to be active part on the initiative and creations of Pastorals & Ministerial alliances on the respective cities that we are visiting to preach the God’s World.

Mission

CHRISTIAN CHURCH SHALOM’S  MISSION and PASTORS VISSION –Sergio and Isabel Gonzalez- is like the mission of our Lord Jesus Christ who sent us like church in the Big Commission: “And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature”. (Mark 16:15).  This passage reflects the job to do like church. In this sense we understand that not obstacle to be a pastoral ministry , we take the responsibility of the mission to save souls, and we don’t permit  this function like exclusively to evangelists ministries or to the evangelist departments… because we know that there are no motive to not take care about this responsibility, and we assume this like a commandment for us from our Lord Jesus Christ, who is the apostle of apostles, evangelist of evangelists, prophet of prophets, teacher of teachers, and pastor of pastors. Himself said in Mathew 18:11 “For the Son of Man has come to save that which was lost”. That is the reason why we believe in this word and we tray to obey in our best and walk on it like we are doing in our “Nights of Pray and asking”, “Night praying”, and regular services, where dozens of people confess to Jesus Christ like his personal savior and receive  the miracle of the new born, and the gift of the life. Alleluia and the honor, and the glory just to God. Amen.
